3 Ways to Celebrate Summer Solstice + Free Guidebook

It's Summer Time!

On June 20th, 2020 it's Summer Solstice (in the Northern Hemisphere) - the longest day of the year. From now on the days will get shorter until we reach the Fall Equinox where light and dark is again balanced.

Summer can be transferred to the Full Moon phase - the seed we have planted on Winter Solstice is now ready to fully bloom.

Spring 2020 asked us to take a leap of faith... and well, it definitely got us out of our comfort zone. With COVID, the Great Lockdown, BLM, protests, uncomfortable conversations...

One of the good news is that many countries are reporting that covid numbers are declining and more and more are re-opening. My hope is that we do not try to bring everything 'back to normal' (what even IS normal?!) but rather integrate the lessons we've learned during Spring and take them with us into Summer:

e.g. How spending time with loved ones is precious. How it is important to voice our truth. How the world needs us to step up in our unique way to create the change we wish to see.

Taking these valuable lessons with you into Summer, allows you to FULLY BLOOM in a way that only YOU CAN.

Here are 3 Ways to Celebrate Summer Solstice:

MAKE A FIRE + BURN AWAY WHAT NO LONGER SERVES YOU

TAKE A LONG NATURE WALK + RECONNECT WITH MOTHER EARTH

SPEND TIME WITH LOVED ONES CELEBRATING LIFE
